Dokkum
Dokkum is one of the Eleven Cities with a cosy old town centre. Trendy fashion, hip home accessories, unique boutiques and cosy terraces by the water. All the ingredients to enjoy an excellent day in this lovely town.
There is a market on Wednesday from 10.00 to 17.00, Friday evening is shopping night and sometimes there are shopping Sundays in Dokkum.

For a wonderful day of shopping, Groningen offers many possibilities. In the Herestraat, around the Grote Markt and the A-Kerkhof, you will find the well-known shops. More a fan of nice specialty shops? Then visit the Folkingestraat. This street was once proclaimed the best shopping street in the Netherlands.

Leeuwarden

Leeuwarden has a wide range of shops and shopping centres. The most beautiful shopping streets in Leeuwarden are de Nieuwestad and de Voorstreek.
