The house has a floor space of about 80 m² and is ideal for 6 adults. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a second toilet, and the infrared sauna. On the ground floor, there is a third bedroom with two single beds, the kitchen, the living room. The bathroom is equipped with a small bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and oven. In the storeroom is a washing machine.
The house has modern furniture, new beds and a pellet stove in the living room.
The terrace is in front of the living room. It is not allowed to barbecue on the terrace. It is possible to do it on the left side of the parking spot.
There is Wifi and (DE) Sat. tv and (NL) cable tv.

Wir haben zu drei befreundeten Paaren ein paar wunderbare und unbeschwerte Tage in eurem schönen Haus verbracht, herzlichen Dank nochmal für die unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Das Haus ist wirklich zum Wohlfühlen, sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und gemütlich. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Am besten ist die Lage, der direkte Blick auf das Lauwersmeer, das morgendliche Schwimmen und die vielen schönen Ziele für uns Radfahrer. Die Autos wurden bis zur Abreise nicht bewegt. Wir empfehlen es alle uneingeschränkt weiter.
