Deze verrassend ruime vakantiewoning ligt direct achter de dijk in het kleine bungalowpark ‘De Skâns’ in Oostmahorn. Vanaf de dijk hebt u een spectaculair uitzicht over het Nationaal Park Lauwersmeer. Een mooi zandstrand vindt u een paar honderd meter verderop.

De vakantiewoning heeft een oppervlak van ongeveer 90 m² en is ingericht voor maximaal 8 personen. De gezellig ingerichte woonkamer heeft twee openslaande terrasdeuren en is voorzien van riante banken en een groot tv-scherm aan de muur. De open moderne keuken met eettafel is uiteraard van alle gemakken voorzien.
De woning telt vier slaapkamers. Beneden is een slaapkamer met twee 1-persoonsbedden en op de eerste verdieping bevinden zich 2 ruime slaapkamers. De grootste slaapkamer heeft een tweepersoonsbed. De andere slaapkamer is voorzien van 2 losse bedden (boxspring). Eventueel is boven ruimte voor een extra slaapplaats. De masterbedroom is beneden en heeft een eigen toegang tot het terras. In deze ruime kamer vindt u bovendien een infraroodsauna.
Op de begane grond bevinden zich voorts de twee badmakers en toiletruimtes. Een van de badkamers is voorzien van een ruim ligbad. De andere van een douche.

In de omheinde tuin kunt u heerlijk vrij op het terras zitten.

Uw auto kunt u aan de voorzijde van de woning parkeren en in de schuur naast de woning bevindt zich de wasmachine.

This spacious and beautiful house is situated in a small bungalow park (De Skâns), right behind the dike of lake Lauwersmeer and next to the old stronghold of Oostmahorn. From the dike you can enjoy spectacular sights over the National Park Lauwersmeer. A beautiful beach is just a couple of hundreds of meters away and the North Sea coast is just a five minute drive. Well-behaved dogs are welcome here.

This holiday home has a living area of approximately 90 m² and the equipment has been chosen so that up to 8 people can spend a relaxing holiday here. The living room has a direct acces to the terrace and a fenced garden. The modern and fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of space and is open to the living/dining area.
The master bedroom, from which you can reach the garden as well, is equipped with a two-person infrared sauna. The second sleeping room downstairs has a bunk bed. On the first floor (the stairs to the first level are rather steep), are two more spacious bedrooms with twin box spring beds.
The two, well utilized, bathrooms are both downstairs. One has a shower and the other has a large bathtub.

In the garden you can sit comfortably on the terrace or use the bbq.
