Deze verrassend ruime vakantiewoning ligt direct achter de dijk in het kleine bungalowpark ‘De Skâns’ in Oostmahorn. Vanaf de dijk hebt u een spectaculair uitzicht over het Nationaal Park Lauwersmeer. Een mooi zandstrand vindt u een paar honderd meter verderop.

De vakantiewoning heeft een oppervlak van ongeveer 90 m² en is ingericht voor maximaal 8 personen. De gezellig ingerichte woonkamer heeft twee openslaande terrasdeuren en is voorzien van riante banken en een groot tv-scherm aan de muur. De open moderne keuken met eettafel is uiteraard van alle gemakken voorzien.
De woning telt vier slaapkamers. Beneden is een slaapkamer met twee 1-persoonsbedden en op de eerste verdieping bevinden zich 2 ruime slaapkamers. De grootste slaapkamer heeft een tweepersoonsbed. De andere slaapkamer is voorzien van 2 losse bedden (boxspring). Eventueel is boven ruimte voor een extra slaapplaats. De masterbedroom is beneden en heeft een eigen toegang tot het terras. In deze ruime kamer vindt u bovendien een infraroodsauna.
Op de begane grond bevinden zich voorts de twee badmakers en toiletruimtes. Een van de badkamers is voorzien van een ruim ligbad. De andere van een douche.

From the dike you can enjoy spectacular sights over the National Park Lauwersmeer. A beautiful beach is just a couple of hundreds of meters away and the North Sea coast is just a five minute drive. Well-behaved dogs are welcome here.

This holiday home has a living area of approximately 90 m² and the equipment has been chosen so that up to 8 people can spend a relaxing holiday here. The living room has a direct acces to the terrace and a fenced garden. The modern and fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of space and is open to the living/dining area.
The master bedroom, from which you can reach the garden as well, is equipped with a two-person infrared sauna. The second sleeping room downstairs has a bunk bed. On the first floor (the stairs to the first level are rather steep), are two more spacious bedrooms with twin box spring beds.
The two, well utilized, bathrooms are both downstairs. One has a shower and the other has a large bathtub.

De riante woonkamer van ‘Dijkrose’ is verrassend ruim en licht en heeft een grote schuifdeur die direct toegang verschaft tot de mooie tuin met fijne terrassen waar je heerlijk vrij kunt zitten aan de achterliggende gracht. De moderne open keuken met eettafel heeft ook een schuifdeur naar de tuin en is uiteraard van alle gemakken voorzien.
Dijkrose heeft 3 slaapkamers voor 2 personen. Beneden is een kleine slaapkamer voorzien van een tweepersoonsbed. De andere twee ruimere slaapkamers bevinden zich boven en zijn voorzien van 2 eenpersoonsbedden, respectievelijk een comfortabel tweepersoonsbed.
Op de begane grond bevindt zich voorts de badkamer met toilet en doucheruimte.

De omheinde tuin is aan een gracht gelegen en heeft vrij uitzicht op de dijk van het Lauwersmeer, waarop in de lente en zomerperiode geregeld een kudde schapen graast. De goed onderhouden tuin kent meerdere terrassen die zijn voorzien van comfortabel tuinmeubilair zodat u afhankelijk van zon en wind altijd heerlijk kunt genieten.

Uw auto kunt u aan de voorzijde van de woning parkeren en de woning beschikt over een waskamer waar van een wasmachine gebruik kan worden gemaakt. Het gebruik van internet is gratis, sateliet-tv is aanwezig en op aanvraag zijn desgewenst een kinderbedje en kinderstoel beschikbaar.
Huisdieren zijn, mits aangemeld, van harte welkom in ‘Dijkrose’. Wij rekenen 5 euro per huisdier per dag.
Dijkrose ist ein geräumiger und heller Bungalow, der wunderschön am Lauwersmeer-Deich im kleinen Bungalowpark ‘De Skâns’ in Oostmahorn liegt. Vom Deich aus haben Sie einen spektakulären Blick auf den Nationalpark Lauwersmeer. Einige hundert Meter entfernt befindet sich ein schöner Sandstrand.
6 Erw. Haus ‘Dijkrose’ mit Einbauküche am See
Das Wohnzimmer von ‘Dijkrose’ ist sehr geräumig und hell und hat eine große Schiebetür, die direkten Zugang zum wunderschönen Garten mit zwei verschiedenen Sonnen-Terrassen bietet, wo Sie frei am dahinter liegenden Kanal sitzen können. Die moderne offene Küche mit Esstisch hat ebenfalls eine Schiebetür zum Garten und ist natürlich komplett ausgestattet.
Dijkrose hat 3 Schlafzimmer für jeweils 2 Personen. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett. Die anderen beiden größeren Schlafzimmer befinden sich im Obergeschoss und sind mit 2 Einzelbetten bzw. einem bequemen Doppelbett ausgestattet.
Ebenfalls im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das Badezimmer mit Toilette und Duschraum.
(Außenbereich:)
Der eingezäunte Garten liegt an einem Kanal und bietet einen freien Blick auf den Deich des Lauwersmeeres, auf dem im Frühjahr und Sommer regelmäßig eine Schafherde weidet. Der gepflegte Garten verfügt über mehrere Terrassen, die mit bequemen Gartenmöbeln ausgestattet sind, so dass Sie je nach Wetterlage die Sonne oder den Wind genießen können.

Sie können Ihr Auto vor dem Haus parken und das Haus verfügt über einen Waschraum, in dem eine Waschmaschine benutzt werden kann. Die Internetnutzung ist kostenlos, Satellitenfernsehen ist verfügbar und ein Kinderbett und ein Hochstuhl sind auf Anfrage erhältlich.
Haustiere sind in Dijkrose willkommen, sofern sie angemeldet sind. Wir berechnen 5 Euro pro Haustier und Tag.

The Dijkrose holiday home offers 3 bedrooms. Downstairs is a bedroom with a double bed of 140 wide. The other bedrooms are upstairs, one with 2 single beds and one with a comfortable double bed.
The bathroom with toilet and shower is situated at the ground floor.

The fenced garden is well equipped with garden furniture and offers a splendid view on the dike, frequently grazed by a herd of sheep in sping- and summertime. Grilling is possible, but there is no bbq available. Parking space is available at the property.

Deze knusse vakantiewoning ligt achter de dijk in het kleine bungalowpark ‘De Skâns’ in Oostmahorn. Vanaf de dijk hebt u een spectaculair uitzicht over het Nationaal Park Lauwersmeer. Een mooi zandstrand vindt u een paar honderd meter verderop. Huisdieren zijn toegestaan in ‘Platz an der Sonne’.

‘Platz an der Sonne’ heeft een woonoppervlak van ca. 80 m² en is zowel gezellig als praktisch ingericht voor maximaal 6 personen. Beneden bevindt zich de gezellige woonkamer met een open keuken die ondermeer voorzien is van een (filter) koffiezetapparaat, een oven en een magnetron. Vanuit de woonkamer heeft u direct toegang tot het overdekte terras. Verder treft u beneden één van de drie slaapkamers aan, een badkamer en een apart toilet.
Boven bevinden zich 2 slaapkamers waarvan er één een eigen balkon heeft. Beide kamers zijn uitgerust met twee eenpersoonsbedden.

De vakantiewoning heeft rondom een fijne tuin waardoor er altijd wel een fijn plekje is om beschut te genieten. De tuin grenst aan een visrijke gracht. Parkeren kan direct bij het huis.
